Jamb works alongside other academic bodies to create requirements such as four/five relevant subjects and cut off marks to distinguish students suitable for universities from other as well as to ensure the intellectual property of students seeking admission into the tertiary institution is up to standard.

Syllabus development and review

This is one of the important thing that makes candidates who are willing to take part in the utme examination to pass the examination. This is because the syllabus which is being developed for utme candidates have a high rate of subjects which comes out in the examination.
